Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Value Retail LLP, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Our Return, Refunds and Cancellations Policy is designed to make the process easy and transparent. Customers can return products within 30 days. Please review the following guidelines for initiating returns and cancellations:

How to Initiate a Return:

• Navigate to "My Profile" on the website.

• Click on "My Account" to access your account settings.

• Go to "Your Orders" to view the list of your recent orders.

• Select the specific order you wish to return.

• Choose the "Return Order" option.

Refund Process:

Upon approval of your return request, the refund will be processed and transferred to your bank account within 7-9 days once the product is delivered at our return Centre. We understand the importance of a prompt refund, and we are committed to making this process as efficient as possible.

How to Cancel an Order:

• Visit "My Profile" on the website.

• Access your account settings by clicking on "My Account."

• Navigate to "Your Orders" to see your order history.

• Select the order you want to cancel.

• Opt for the "Cancel Order" option.

Refund for Prepaid Orders:

For prepaid orders that are canceled, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7-9 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Note: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, hence kindly follow the steps mentioned in our Return policy.
